edit: i got my answer and realized i didnt edit team leaders name out.

That's a Ranger primary. He's still able to play, but he just can't use any Paragon skills.

Technically, it's the developers' responsibility to remove any special event items that they don't want to keep and we didn't agree in any contracts prior to this event. So he's safe as a R/P i guess.
